Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing an Endodontist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Payment Policy
Green Bay Endodontics, SC strives to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore payment is due at the time of service. We accept checks, cash, credit cards or CareCredit.

Insurance
Green Bay Endodontics, SC is not a provider for insurance; however, we are happy to file the insurance claim for you. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your reimbursement is not received within that time frame.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage at the time of service.
